At TrendRiser.Shop, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
- Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Clearance or final-sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at support@trendriser.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off with the carrier.
2. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you within 3–5 business days.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts may receive a partial refund at our discretion.
3. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
- To get a different size or color, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
4. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: We provide a prepaid label for returns within the 30-day window at no cost to you.
- Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trendriser.shop with photos of the damage.
- We’ll arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
6. Cancellations
- You may cancel an order before it ships by emailing support@trendriser.shop right away.
- Once the order has shipped, you’ll need to follow the standard return process.
